1. Product and provider
PayloadPigeon is developed and provided by KIRAVS D.O.O., Montenegro. Registered address: CETINJSKI PUT LAMELLA 5/17 STAN 4 PODGORICA. Company identifiers and contacts are on the company details page.
These terms cover the free Early Access software and this website. They do not establish a paid subscription. Read them before use. If you act for an organisation, you must have the authority needed to use the product on its behalf.
2. Permission to use the software
Subject to these terms and applicable law, KIRAVS grants a non-exclusive right to install and use PayloadPigeon for your own work, including internal business and client work for which you have permission. Free Early Access does not by itself grant rights to sell, rebrand or redistribute the software or its source code.
Rights not expressly granted remain with the relevant rightsholder. Do not remove ownership notices or present a modified distribution as the official product. Rights granted by third-party licences and mandatory rights under applicable law, including lawful interoperability or reverse-engineering exceptions, are not restricted by this clause.
You retain your rights in your test configurations, notes, data and exported reports. Using the extension does not transfer ownership of that material to KIRAVS.
4. Playground acceptable use
Use only synthetic learning data. The endpoint is not a general proxy and must not be used for real credentials, third-party personal or client data, destructive actions, bulk traffic, bypassing limits or testing systems without permission. The free demo has no SLA.
5. What a Test and Result mean
A Test is a reusable scenario. Send sends a saved request or message; Ready prepares a supported one-time modification that you then trigger in the tested application. A Test Plan is not an automatic batch test runner.
A Result records your assessment of a saved Test execution. “Works correctly” is the user’s verdict, not a certification, automatic assertion or security guarantee from KIRAVS. HTTP success or failure codes alone do not determine that verdict.
Browser versions, page frameworks, endpoint contracts and socket capabilities can affect a scenario. Ordinary DevTools observation is supported on tested configurations, not every state-changing DevTools or third-party operation. An unsupported or ambiguous connection must not be treated as controllable merely because it appears in Traffic.
6. Local data and responsible sharing
The extension keeps its workspace locally as described in the Privacy Policy. You decide what to save and export. Review shared files for confidential and personal information even when redaction is applied.
Keep your own backups of important Plans and Results. Clearing browser storage, uninstalling, software faults or changes to the test environment can make data or scenarios unavailable. We cannot recover data that has never been sent to us.
Do not submit third-party confidential material to support without permission. Sending material for an enquiry permits its limited handling for that enquiry, not unrelated reuse.
The saved library uses a local password and separate recovery key; KIRAVS has no remote recovery. JSON and Markdown exports are readable, while a protected package has its own file password. Export bundles are not complete backups.
7. Early Access and future paid plans
All currently offered Early Access features are available without a product subscription charge. A payment card and PayloadPigeon account are not required for this edition. Features, supported environments and availability may evolve during Early Access; it is not a promise of permanent free access or a fixed release date.
A future paid plan will have separately disclosed features, pricing, billing period and cancellation/refund terms. Free use will not automatically become a paid subscription. You will not be charged solely because you used Early Access.

8. Support, updates and ending use
Support is available through the published contact channel. No fixed response time, uptime commitment or custom development service is promised for free Early Access. Browser-store updates and changes to Chrome may alter availability or behaviour.
You may stop Capture, disable the extension or uninstall it at any time. Export work you want to retain first. We may discontinue distribution or take lawful action for misuse; no such action changes mandatory consumer rights or grants us access to your local files.
Material changes to these terms will be published here and communicated as required. New paid terms require the applicable purchase process; continued free use alone is not a paid purchase.
9. Warranties and responsibility
Early Access software may contain defects and is not a substitute for appropriate automated tests, security reviews, backups or operational controls. We do not promise that it will detect every problem or work with every application or Chrome configuration.
Any exclusion of implied warranties or limitation of liability applies only to the extent allowed by the law applicable to the user and transaction. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, or removes mandatory consumer remedies.
10. Governing law and mandatory rights
To the extent a choice of law is permitted, these terms are governed by the laws of Montenegro. This choice does not deprive consumers of mandatory protections that apply in their country of habitual residence. Jurisdiction and the right to bring a claim are determined by applicable law; these terms do not impose mandatory arbitration or an exclusive foreign consumer forum.
You can contact us first to try to resolve a dispute, but that does not remove your right to a regulator, court or other available remedy. The public production documents are provided in English; this does not override mandatory local protections.
11. Ownership and third-party components
PayloadPigeon is a product of KIRAVS D.O.O. The product name, software and original site materials are protected by applicable rights. Third-party components remain subject to their own licences and notices supplied with the relevant distribution; these terms do not replace those licences.
Google Chrome and other third-party names are used to identify compatibility. This site does not claim endorsement by Google or another named platform. Contact: support@payloadpigeon.com.
