1. No paid subscription is active
PayloadPigeon is being offered as free Early Access. This website does not accept payments, collect payment-card information or start recurring billing. There is no active paid tier or automatic conversion from free use to a paid subscription.
Accordingly, there is currently no product subscription payment to refund and no renewal to cancel. This is a description of the current free offer, not a “no refunds” policy for future paid purchases.
2. Stop using Early Access
Stop Capture in the extension to stop the active capture session. You may disable or uninstall the extension through Chrome. No billing cancellation is needed. Before uninstalling, export anything you want to keep.
Local data, downloaded exports and support correspondence are separate. Uninstalling does not recall files already shared or automatically delete support emails. See the Privacy Policy for deletion and retention.
Lock and recovery are explained in Using PayloadPigeon. Preserve the recovery key and export needed work before uninstalling.
3. Before a paid plan is introduced
Before accepting payment we will publish the seller/merchant identity, features, price and applicable taxes, billing period, renewal terms, cancellation method and refund/withdrawal rules. The checkout and these documents will identify the actual payment provider, if any.
Any future recurring payment requires the applicable explicit purchase agreement. Consumer cancellation or withdrawal rights, where applicable, will be addressed without claiming that all digital products are automatically non-refundable. No payment provider is currently integrated into this site.
4. Questions or an unexpected charge
Contact support@payloadpigeon.com if you have a question or believe a payment has been associated with PayloadPigeon. Include the date, amount, currency and merchant descriptor. Do not email a full card number, security code, password or bank-login details.
You retain all remedies available under applicable law and through your payment provider. This page does not restrict those rights.
